  Dacara Real was born on 4/18/11 & was by the Holsteiner Verband & Zangersheide approved roster stallion Cancara Z, out of our imported jumper mare Alba Real. Long legged & already turning gray this filly had a wonderful temperament & exceptional movement. She was beautiful inside and out.  Taken early from us, we were not able to save her & she passed away at only 3months old. We are hoping for a rebred to Cancara again in 2011 in hopes of another fabulous healthy foal.

  Sire Cancara Z is a big-framed (1.77m) performance sport horse, who takes after his sire Cassini I. In Neumünster he showed the biggest jumping capacity! Cancara Z finished his stallion test in Schliekau 09'. He received 10,0 for jumping, manners 9,75 & jumping a course 9,75. His second crop of foals show very good movements, strong types &are crossing well with blooded mares. More than half of the foals became premium foals (breeding value 125).   Recently Cancara Z was approved and leased to stud book Zangersheide in Belgium to Carry on the tradition of Carthago stamm line 162.

  Cancara z's dam Lacosta is out of the stamm 162. Stamm 162 is one of the most successful mare stamms in the world, already producing several Olympic participants like Cöster, Carthago Z, Canturo, Waterford Crystal, Feinschnitt, Foliant and Madrigal. Through Katrin Cancara is related to Cöster. Cöster was individual & team European Show jumping Champion 2005, team bronze medals 04 Athens Olympics, World Championship in Aachen 06, team silver at the European Championships 07 in Mannheim, 08 they were part of the winning Nations Cup-equipe at the CHIO Aachen & participated at the Hong Kong Olympics.

  Dam of Dacara, Alba Real is an imported level 7-8 jumper. Currently she is dual registered with SA (Silla Argentina) & AHHA (American Holsteiner Horses Association). To date she has produced 100% premium foal status. She was a fast & careful athlete, placing in numerous mini prixs before being injured. Imported as our foundation mare for her temperament, correct conformation athletic ability & valuable blood. She is Dam of Premium Holsteiner, Reserve Site Champion Mare Wishful Thinking, Premium foal Autobahn who is currently getting ready to be shipped to compete in Germany & Premium foal Crimson Cavalier.
